1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical or Optoelectronics; !5g)3St  
2. Under 30 years' old; [)b/uR  
3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China; "K4X:|Om"  
4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; t<KEx^gb  
5.Requires good written and spoken English ; D7Rbho<  
6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; a9mr-`<  
7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; P:zEx]Y%  
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; .R<s<]  
9.Understand how to use the Microsoft CRM system or Sales force is a plus; PBPJ/puW
