We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for optical software business in China. yFi6jN#~  
The candidate will report to the GM of China. HlF}   
The Marketing Manager will identify new sales prospects, identify the customer’sneeds, demonstrate how meets those needs (with the pre- and post-sales support staff). [5!'ykZ  
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the China business development plan and successfully implementing this plan by working closelywith business team in China and US headquarter v#-E~;CcC

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical or Optoelectronics; Ny B&uf  
2. Under 30 years' old; 1N>6rN  
3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China; >j) w\i  
4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; FXeV6zfrE  
5.Requires good written and spoken English ; m]1!-`(*  
6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; 7:h<`_HT(X  
7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; ZXh~79  
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; l3BD <PB2S  
9.Understand how to use the Microsoft CRM system or Sales force is a plus; |@+8]dy:l
