We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for optical software business in China. L3'o2@$  
The candidate will report to the GM of China. XV]`?  
The Marketing Manager will identify new sales prospects, identify the customer’sneeds, demonstrate how meets those needs (with the pre- and post-sales support staff). i e%ZX  
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the China business development plan and successfully implementing this plan by working closelywith business team in China and US headquarter -TSn_XE

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical or Optoelectronics; g.Z>9(>;Y  
2. Under 30 years' old; E:L =>}  
3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China; t :sKvJ  
4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; Xb5n;=)  
5.Requires good written and spoken English ; ~"iCx+pr  
6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills;

7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; 0l!@bj  
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; %BC*h}KGH  
9.Understand how to use the Microsoft CRM system or Sales force is a plus; ySL 31%
