The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the China business development plan and successfully implementing this plan by working closelywith business team in China and US headquarter r >u0Y

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical or Optoelectronics; 6./h0kD`  
2. Under 30 years' old; 9 qqy(H  
3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China; s80:.B  
4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; 3)EslBA7i  
5.Requires good written and spoken English ; DUM,dFIlvF  
6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; V-O49  
7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; "|.>pD#0&  
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; Bwn9ZYu#r  
9.Understand how to use the Microsoft CRM system or Sales force is a plus; It(8s)5
