We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for optical software business in China. H~e;S#3_v  
The candidate will report to the GM of China. ]8<;,}#  
The Marketing Manager will identify new sales prospects, identify the customer’sneeds, demonstrate how meets those needs (with the pre- and post-sales support staff). m:.ywiw=  
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the China business development plan and successfully implementing this plan by working closelywith business team in China and US headquarter }L3kpw

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical or Optoelectronics; _ ^r

3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China; "(>P=  
4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; MyXgp>?~T  
5.Requires good written and spoken English ; E

6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; V \,Z (  
7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; '!I^Lfz-Z

9.Understand how to use the Microsoft CRM system or Sales force is a plus; j ~:Dr
