We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for optical software business in China. 1}#(4tw)  
The candidate will report to the GM of China. VGbuEC[Y  
The Marketing Manager will identify new sales prospects, identify the customer’sneeds, demonstrate how meets those needs (with the pre- and post-sales support staff). Lod$&k@@  
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the China business development plan and successfully implementing this plan by working closelywith business team in China and US headquarter EleK*l

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical or Optoelectronics; F$kLft[:  
2. Under 30 years' old; zk+&5d4(  
3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China; qXPT1%+)y  
4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; =}S*]Me5  
5.Requires good written and spoken English ; 65FdA-4  
6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; :Jp$_T&E  
7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; NTRw:'  
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; Wsb=SM7;  
9.Understand how to use the Microsoft CRM system or Sales force is a plus; 0 S3~IeJ
