We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for optical software business in China. ks(PH6:]<  
The candidate will report to the GM of China. EMs$~CL4  
The Marketing Manager will identify new sales prospects, identify the customer’sneeds, demonstrate how meets those needs (with the pre- and post-sales support staff). g\ <Lb  
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the China business development plan and successfully implementing this plan by working closelywith business team in China and US headquarter @H7dQ,%

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical or Optoelectronics; p)TH^87  
2. Under 30 years' old; pjjs'A*y  
3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China; r

4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; Ge(r6"%7  
5.Requires good written and spoken English ; .JQR5R |Q  
6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; f)"O( c  
7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; CZwZ#WV6  
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; %,6@Uu#%6  
9.Understand how to use the Microsoft CRM system or Sales force is a plus; M{O2O(
