· Support customers to design-in OSRAM Opto Semiconductors products which involve selection of product to best meet the end application requirements, provide technical support related to optics, thermal and electronics.   sA9&/p/  
· Support customers with optical designs (reflectors/lens) for SSL applications.   o5\b'hR*#  
· Work closely with optic partners on reflector/lens solution to support customers as and when required. 2X-l{n;>  
· Project management and planning of customer programs. wA`"\MWm  
   Prepare applications guides to help customer understand the design requirements of LED, optics, thermal and electronics. 4$,,Ppn  
·  Prepare training materials related to product and application for OSRAM internal and external training needs.   ha;l(U>  
·   Participation in industrial associations, trade groups and fairs to promote product line and for competition analysis. AGYm';z3

· Degree in Physics/Optics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering *m+5Pr`7  
· Fluent communication (oral/written) skills in English and Mandarin   K?#]("De6  
· Experience in SSL applications XE}H3/2  
· Good experience and competence in optical designs (non-imaging optics)with software tools such as Lighttools, TracePro, and preferably with real projects exposure from optical design to end product realization. Ip}Vb6}  
· Project management experience kW6%32  
· Able to work independently and remotely Sx] T/xq  
· Flexible on biz travel schedule (international and/or domestic travel) Lc<eRVNd,
