· Support customers to design-in OSRAM Opto Semiconductors products which involve selection of product to best meet the end application requirements, provide technical support related to optics, thermal and electronics.   ( q*/=u  
· Support customers with optical designs (reflectors/lens) for SSL applications.   %QDAog  
· Work closely with optic partners on reflector/lens solution to support customers as and when required. ^,'KmZm=  
· Project management and planning of customer programs. /FTP8XHwL)  
   Prepare applications guides to help customer understand the design requirements of LED, optics, thermal and electronics.  [K

·  Prepare training materials related to product and application for OSRAM internal and external training needs.   3NwdE/x\  
·   Participation in industrial associations, trade groups and fairs to promote product line and for competition analysis. }cW8B"_"

· Degree in Physics/Optics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering p*$=EomY  
· Fluent communication (oral/written) skills in English and Mandarin   @B+8' b$9  
· Experience in SSL applications T;k

· Good experience and competence in optical designs (non-imaging optics)with software tools such as Lighttools, TracePro, and preferably with real projects exposure from optical design to end product realization. ~EDO< O>3
