· Support customers to design-in OSRAM Opto Semiconductors products which involve selection of product to best meet the end application requirements, provide technical support related to optics, thermal and electronics.   _ u/N#*D  
· Support customers with optical designs (reflectors/lens) for SSL applications.   H;|^z@RB<  
· Work closely with optic partners on reflector/lens solution to support customers as and when required. iYR8sg[' #  
· Project management and planning of customer programs. bq]af.o*  
   Prepare applications guides to help customer understand the design requirements of LED, optics, thermal and electronics. 8 "|')f#  
·  Prepare training materials related to product and application for OSRAM internal and external training needs.   cS

·   Participation in industrial associations, trade groups and fairs to promote product line and for competition analysis. H+t^eg88

· Degree in Physics/Optics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering d.sxB}_O  
· Fluent communication (oral/written) skills in English and Mandarin   >$k_tC'"  
· Experience in SSL applications Gw$U0HA[,  
· Good experience and competence in optical designs (non-imaging optics)with software tools such as Lighttools, TracePro, and preferably with real projects exposure from optical design to end product realization. hK3?m.>"g  
· Project management experience
