· Support customers to design-in OSRAM Opto Semiconductors products which involve selection of product to best meet the end application requirements, provide technical support related to optics, thermal and electronics.   ,O;+fhUJ(  
· Support customers with optical designs (reflectors/lens) for SSL applications.   0nDlqy6b1b  
· Work closely with optic partners on reflector/lens solution to support customers as and when required. <j

· Project management and planning of customer programs. L 2Z9g`>  
   Prepare applications guides to help customer understand the design requirements of LED, optics, thermal and electronics. -T

·  Prepare training materials related to product and application for OSRAM internal and external training needs.   uINm>$G,5  
·   Participation in industrial associations, trade groups and fairs to promote product line and for competition analysis. 82q_"y>6

· Degree in Physics/Optics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering a BHV  
· Fluent communication (oral/written) skills in English and Mandarin   1q&gTvIp  
· Experience in SSL applications :6

· Good experience and competence in optical designs (non-imaging optics)with software tools such as Lighttools, TracePro, and preferably with real projects exposure from optical design to end product realization. _s&sA2r<
