· Support customers to design-in OSRAM Opto Semiconductors products which involve selection of product to best meet the end application requirements, provide technical support related to optics, thermal and electronics.   FBJw (.Jr  
· Support customers with optical designs (reflectors/lens) for SSL applications.   VRQ'sn@  
· Work closely with optic partners on reflector/lens solution to support customers as and when required. T}d%XMXq  
· Project management and planning of customer programs. i}"Eu< P  
   Prepare applications guides to help customer understand the design requirements of LED, optics, thermal and electronics. i%w[v_j  
·  Prepare training materials related to product and application for OSRAM internal and external training needs.   >Vc;s!R  
·   Participation in industrial associations, trade groups and fairs to promote product line and for competition analysis. m<qPj"g~L

Job Specifications and Requirements 1ml>  
· Degree in Physics/Optics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering ncZ5r0  
· Fluent communication (oral/written) skills in English and Mandarin   *gF8"0s  
· Experience in SSL applications i E p{  
· Good experience and competence in optical designs (non-imaging optics)with software tools such as Lighttools, TracePro, and preferably with real projects exposure from optical design to end product realization. LgFF+z
