· Support customers to design-in OSRAM Opto Semiconductors products which involve selection of product to best meet the end application requirements, provide technical support related to optics, thermal and electronics.   RMpiwO^  
· Support customers with optical designs (reflectors/lens) for SSL applications.   F%&lM[N%  
· Work closely with optic partners on reflector/lens solution to support customers as and when required. @NL<v-t  
· Project management and planning of customer programs. IDw`k[k  
   Prepare applications guides to help customer understand the design requirements of LED, optics, thermal and electronics. ;r~1TUKb  
·  Prepare training materials related to product and application for OSRAM internal and external training needs.   `AvK8Wh<+  
·   Participation in industrial associations, trade groups and fairs to promote product line and for competition analysis. 1y6<gptx

· Degree in Physics/Optics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering 50Gu~No6  
· Fluent communication (oral/written) skills in English and Mandarin   oQV3  
· Experience in SSL applications Xf#;`*5  
· Good experience and competence in optical designs (non-imaging optics)with software tools such as Lighttools, TracePro, and preferably with real projects exposure from optical design to end product realization. )m8Gbkj<  
· Project management experience IBeorDIZ  
· Able to work independently and remotely x7^VU5w#  
· Flexible on biz travel schedule (international and/or domestic travel) l<4P">M!.
