· Support customers to design-in OSRAM Opto Semiconductors products which involve selection of product to best meet the end application requirements, provide technical support related to optics, thermal and electronics.   F#7ZR*ZB1  
· Support customers with optical designs (reflectors/lens) for SSL applications.   fs&J%ku\  
· Work closely with optic partners on reflector/lens solution to support customers as and when required. xyj)W  
· Project management and planning of customer programs. Yd~K\tX:n  
   Prepare applications guides to help customer understand the design requirements of LED, optics, thermal and electronics. 9"52b9U  
·  Prepare training materials related to product and application for OSRAM internal and external training needs.   'C+z  
·   Participation in industrial associations, trade groups and fairs to promote product line and for competition analysis. v Q[{<|K

Job Specifications and Requirements sqi~j(&\1  
· Degree in Physics/Optics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering O*d&H;;  
· Fluent communication (oral/written) skills in English and Mandarin   g_G?gO  
· Experience in SSL applications v:B_%-GfOA  
· Good experience and competence in optical designs (non-imaging optics)with software tools such as Lighttools, TracePro, and preferably with real projects exposure from optical design to end product realization. bYQ h{q  
· Project management experience >"jV8%!sM  
· Able to work independently and remotely au9r)]p-  
· Flexible on biz travel schedule (international and/or domestic travel) yT`[9u,
