· Support customers to design-in OSRAM Opto Semiconductors products which involve selection of product to best meet the end application requirements, provide technical support related to optics, thermal and electronics.   ndW??wiM  
· Support customers with optical designs (reflectors/lens) for SSL applications.   |;Jcf3

· Work closely with optic partners on reflector/lens solution to support customers as and when required. <_ddGg~  
· Project management and planning of customer programs. d,+d8X  
   Prepare applications guides to help customer understand the design requirements of LED, optics, thermal and electronics. kCLz@9>FQ  
·  Prepare training materials related to product and application for OSRAM internal and external training needs.   D{ @x  
·   Participation in industrial associations, trade groups and fairs to promote product line and for competition analysis. w+*Jl}&\

Job Specifications and Requirements w*\)]bTs  
· Degree in Physics/Optics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering }\P9$D+  
· Fluent communication (oral/written) skills in English and Mandarin   $(.[b][S  
· Experience in SSL applications yH@W6'.  
· Good experience and competence in optical designs (non-imaging optics)with software tools such as Lighttools, TracePro, and preferably with real projects exposure from optical design to end product realization. LF{d'jJ&K  
· Project management experience >/ W:*^g)  
· Able to work independently and remotely Rb|\!  
· Flexible on biz travel schedule (international and/or domestic travel) Da)9s %_4
