· Support customers to design-in OSRAM Opto Semiconductors products which involve selection of product to best meet the end application requirements, provide technical support related to optics, thermal and electronics.   2m"cK^  
· Support customers with optical designs (reflectors/lens) for SSL applications.   [k0/ZfFwV  
· Work closely with optic partners on reflector/lens solution to support customers as and when required. LJom+PxF$x  
· Project management and planning of customer programs. z4~p(tl  
   Prepare applications guides to help customer understand the design requirements of LED, optics, thermal and electronics. 80`$F{xcX  
·  Prepare training materials related to product and application for OSRAM internal and external training needs.

·   Participation in industrial associations, trade groups and fairs to promote product line and for competition analysis. ^KnK \

· Degree in Physics/Optics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering gX7R-&[UD  
· Fluent communication (oral/written) skills in English and Mandarin   1+Uem  
· Experience in SSL applications [[pt~=0  
· Good experience and competence in optical designs (non-imaging optics)with software tools such as Lighttools, TracePro, and preferably with real projects exposure from optical design to end product realization. g~$UU(HX  
· Project management experience 6^!fuIZ;_  
· Able to work independently and remotely "$aoIXv  
· Flexible on biz travel schedule (international and/or domestic travel) T:Ovh.$
