· Support customers to design-in OSRAM Opto Semiconductors products which involve selection of product to best meet the end application requirements, provide technical support related to optics, thermal and electronics.   _We4%  
· Support customers with optical designs (reflectors/lens) for SSL applications.

· Work closely with optic partners on reflector/lens solution to support customers as and when required. t-J\j"~%+  
· Project management and planning of customer programs. )/?s^D$,  
   Prepare applications guides to help customer understand the design requirements of LED, optics, thermal and electronics. "& q])3h=  
·  Prepare training materials related to product and application for OSRAM internal and external training needs.   zLVk7u{e  
·   Participation in industrial associations, trade groups and fairs to promote product line and for competition analysis. 6C*4' P9>

· Degree in Physics/Optics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering 6b=7{nLF  
· Fluent communication (oral/written) skills in English and Mandarin   Kdb:Q0B  
· Experience in SSL applications @LDu08lr  
· Good experience and competence in optical designs (non-imaging optics)with software tools such as Lighttools, TracePro, and preferably with real projects exposure from optical design to end product realization. %0Ke4
