· Support customers to design-in OSRAM Opto Semiconductors products which involve selection of product to best meet the end application requirements, provide technical support related to optics, thermal and electronics.   5]n<%bP\  
· Support customers with optical designs (reflectors/lens) for SSL applications.   JU,RO

· Work closely with optic partners on reflector/lens solution to support customers as and when required. :@807OYzy  
· Project management and planning of customer programs. p(&o'{fb  
   Prepare applications guides to help customer understand the design requirements of LED, optics, thermal and electronics. QRG)~  
·  Prepare training materials related to product and application for OSRAM internal and external training needs.   <}'B-k9  
·   Participation in industrial associations, trade groups and fairs to promote product line and for competition analysis. aKFA&Xnsl

· Degree in Physics/Optics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering 8&[<pbN)  
· Fluent communication (oral/written) skills in English and Mandarin   [<1+Q =;  
· Experience in SSL applications x]01j4HJ  
· Good experience and competence in optical designs (non-imaging optics)with software tools such as Lighttools, TracePro, and preferably with real projects exposure from optical design to end product realization. H?bsK~

· Flexible on biz travel schedule (international and/or domestic travel) TdOWdPvYj
