· Support customers to design-in OSRAM Opto Semiconductors products which involve selection of product to best meet the end application requirements, provide technical support related to optics, thermal and electronics.   w A<JJ_R  
· Support customers with optical designs (reflectors/lens) for SSL applications.   LQ pUyqR  
· Work closely with optic partners on reflector/lens solution to support customers as and when required. Ga0= G&/  
· Project management and planning of customer programs. O{hGh{y  
   Prepare applications guides to help customer understand the design requirements of LED, optics, thermal and electronics. Cc^`M9dP  
·  Prepare training materials related to product and application for OSRAM internal and external training needs.   C'3/B)u}l  
·   Participation in industrial associations, trade groups and fairs to promote product line and for competition analysis. d[;=X.fZ2

· Degree in Physics/Optics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering 4{H>V_9zs  
· Fluent communication (oral/written) skills in English and Mandarin   u(V4KUk  
· Experience in SSL applications Cn4o^6?"  
· Good experience and competence in optical designs (non-imaging optics)with software tools such as Lighttools, TracePro, and preferably with real projects exposure from optical design to end product realization. (m|w&oA/

· Able to work independently and remotely 5at\!17TY  
· Flexible on biz travel schedule (international and/or domestic travel) +FiM?,G
