· Support customers to design-in OSRAM Opto Semiconductors products which involve selection of product to best meet the end application requirements, provide technical support related to optics, thermal and electronics.   SM#S/|.]  
· Support customers with optical designs (reflectors/lens) for SSL applications.   b'oGt,  
· Work closely with optic partners on reflector/lens solution to support customers as and when required. u6Qf*_-K  
· Project management and planning of customer programs. Li-(p"  
   Prepare applications guides to help customer understand the design requirements of LED, optics, thermal and electronics. oTD-+MZn  
·  Prepare training materials related to product and application for OSRAM internal and external training needs.   _X2EBpZp  
·   Participation in industrial associations, trade groups and fairs to promote product line and for competition analysis. %::deV7

· Degree in Physics/Optics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering /sT ^lf=  
· Fluent communication (oral/written) skills in English and Mandarin   ^g-t#O lD?  
· Experience in SSL applications L

· Good experience and competence in optical designs (non-imaging optics)with software tools such as Lighttools, TracePro, and preferably with real projects exposure from optical design to end product realization. M|({ 4C
