Osram 应用工程师职位-上海 Job Responsibilities · Support customers to design-in OSRAM Opto Semiconductors products which involve selection of product to best meet the end application requirements, provide technical support related to optics, thermal and electronics. · Support customers with optical designs (reflectors/lens) for SSL applications. · Work closely with optic partners on reflector/lens solution to support customers as and when required. · Project management and planning of customer programs. · Prepare applications guides to help customer understand the design requirements of LED, optics, thermal and electronics. · Prepare training materials related to product and application for OSRAM internal and external training needs. · Participation in industrial associations, trade groups and fairs to promote product line and for competition analysis. Job Specifications and Requirements · Degree in Physics/Optics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering · Fluent communication (oral/written) skills in English and Mandarin · Experience in SSL applications · Good experience and competence in optical designs (non-imaging optics)with software tools such as Lighttools, TracePro, and preferably with real projects exposure from optical design to end product realization. · Project management experience · Able to work independently and remotely · Flexible on biz travel schedule (international and/or domestic travel) · Able to lead/facilitate technical and/or meetings/presentations · Team player · Strategic thinking and problem solving skills · Flexibility on tasks/assignments.
