Conduct process training to production operators Requirements: Minimum bachelor degree in Optical Engineering/Photonics/Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical & Electronic Engineering 5 years of working experience in process design and development for optical sub-assembly products and for optical fine cementing products Knowledge in principal, methods and equipments for characterization of optical parameters and properties Strong project management, problem solving, technical and communication skills Creative, analytical and initiative Proficient in Autocad, Solid Works and Microsoft Office Bilingual in English and Mandarin languages (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates) Successful candidate can look forward to exciting job challenges with good career prospects.
