New project development for Optical cementing process and Opto-mechanical sub-group assembly t)&U'^  
Liaise with global customers on technical specification and requirements for process development a>OYJe  
Design mechanical jigs and fixture Br!;Ac&N  
Establish test setup for optical elements and sub-assemblies <mFDC?j  
Evaluate and establish process parameters and procedures ;0Z-  
Coordinate with other departments for the release of new products into mass production. u1 Q;M`+>  
Conduct process training to production operators ;}SGJ7  
Requirements: AJ}FHym_ZQ  
Minimum bachelor degree in Optical Engineering/Photonics/Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical & Electronic Engineering GY%5N= u  
5 years of working experience in process design and development for optical sub-assembly products and for optical fine cementing products :XhF:c[.:  
Knowledge in principal, methods and equipments for characterization of optical parameters and properties sbmtx/%U  
Strong project management, problem solving, technical and communication skills H1c8]}  
Creative, analytical and initiative X\m\yv}}  
Proficient in Autocad, Solid Works and Microsoft Office p9)YRLOh.  
Bilingual in English and Mandarin languages (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates) q=W.82.U
