New project development for Optical cementing process and Opto-mechanical sub-group assembly ~EVD NnHEr  
Liaise with global customers on technical specification and requirements for process development p<2A4="&  
Design mechanical jigs and fixture pUs s_3  
Establish test setup for optical elements and sub-assemblies ^hhJ6E_W  
Evaluate and establish process parameters and procedures 9wPc03a  
Coordinate with other departments for the release of new products into mass production. `H5n_km

Requirements: f<V#Yc(U}  
Minimum bachelor degree in Optical Engineering/Photonics/Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical & Electronic Engineering hDp -,ag{  
5 years of working experience in process design and development for optical sub-assembly products and for optical fine cementing products ,&;#$ b5  
Knowledge in principal, methods and equipments for characterization of optical parameters and properties yk4Huq&2  
Strong project management, problem solving, technical and communication skills a+TlZE>8
