New project development for Optical cementing process and Opto-mechanical sub-group assembly lQ!)0F  
Liaise with global customers on technical specification and requirements for process development azT@S=,  
Design mechanical jigs and fixture ZBcT@hxm  
Establish test setup for optical elements and sub-assemblies x=jS=3$8  
Evaluate and establish process parameters and procedures gPYF2m  
Coordinate with other departments for the release of new products into mass production. ?V>{3

Requirements: (Ymj  
Minimum bachelor degree in Optical Engineering/Photonics/Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical & Electronic Engineering #OE]'k Ss  
5 years of working experience in process design and development for optical sub-assembly products and for optical fine cementing products KH_~DZU*5  
Knowledge in principal, methods and equipments for characterization of optical parameters and properties ^+b ??K  
Strong project management, problem solving, technical and communication skills jJU9~5i?
