We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for optical software business in China. .f}I$ "2  
The candidate will report to the GM of China. Y9WH%  
The Marketing Manager will identify new sales prospects, identify the customer’sneeds, demonstrate how meets those needs (with the pre- and post-sales support staff). >g?,BK@  
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the China business development plan and successfully implementing this plan by working closelywith business team in China and US headquarter ;23F8M%wH

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical or Optoelectronics; +m1edPA[  
2. Under 30 years' old; ,FTF@h-Cs  
3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China; gC 4w&yL  
4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; ukw'$Yt2  
5.Requires good written and spoken English ; 6jn<YR E-  
6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; Y/ `

7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; lBCM;#P  
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; G -;Yua2\
