[求助]Zemax中自由曲面freeform surface的tolerance分析？ [复制链接]

正在做optical freeform surface设计， hXS'*vO"  
由于加工商的原因，只能用extended polynomials的自由曲面， &nn!{S^  
zemax不能把它转换为q-type曲面，也就不能直接用tezi设公差模拟。 #c4LdZu9  
有没有什么好办法做tolerance 蒙特卡洛模拟？ mquna"}N  
tapr好像可以对每个polynimials的系数直接变化，但是不知道如何联系到最终曲面的sag 误差 或者其他的测试值？ g2C-)*'{yh  
请大家指点。

如果是extended polynomials的非旋转对称面型，面型上的公差根本没法控制，加工商都很难保证，旋转对称的还好些

extended polynomials的非旋转对称面型, 要用表面輪廓儀整面掃描, 並且要有軟體分析整個曲面的誤差.  在設計上, 目前尚未聽過有人用zemax 針對free form 做表面的面形誤差分析 rF~q"9

I saw some Japanese engineers use "primary differential and second differential" to define the extended freeform optical surface tolerance. &<UOi@  
I guess it define some vatied range for each coefficients but I don't know Japanese words. #i2q}/w5`C
