We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for optical software business in China. [T7&)p  
The candidate will report to the GM of China. Wq}6RdY$ZA  
The Marketing Manager will identify new sales prospects, identify the customer’sneeds, demonstrate how meets those needs (with the pre- and post-sales support staff). }15&<s  
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the China business development plan and successfully implementing this plan by working closelywith business team in China and US headquarter ~gZ1*8s`

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical or Optoelectronics; *: FS/ir  
2. Under 30 years' old; B:v_5e\f@  
3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China; b&h'>(  
4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; @]

5.Requires good written and spoken English ; ^u$=<66  
6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; ~1*37w~  
7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; ZyNgG9JL]  
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; .bp#YU,m  
9.Understand how to use the Microsoft CRM system or Sales force is a plus; )^qXjF
