We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for optical software business in China. Q@-

The candidate will report to the GM of China. `_E@cZ4  
The Marketing Manager will identify new sales prospects, identify the customer’sneeds, demonstrate how meets those needs (with the pre- and post-sales support staff). r(Y@;  
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the China business development plan and successfully implementing this plan by working closelywith business team in China and US headquarter .]BJM?9

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical or Optoelectronics; vLQh r&I  
2. Under 30 years' old; A{ Ejk|  
3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China; bEl)/z*gy/  
4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; qj<_*  
5.Requires good written and spoken English ; r8vF I6J  
6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; YojYb]y+j  
7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; vY(xH>Fd  
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; yWZ%|K~$  
9.Understand how to use the Microsoft CRM system or Sales force is a plus; zP#%ya:I
