· Support customers to design-in OSRAM Opto Semiconductors products which involve selection of product to best meet the end application requirements, provide technical support related to optics, thermal and electronics.   ]}v]j`9m%  
· Support customers with optical designs (reflectors/lens) for SSL applications.   <A,V

· Work closely with optic partners on reflector/lens solution to support customers as and when required. pkn^K+<n,  
· Project management and planning of customer programs. {:1j>4m2  
   Prepare applications guides to help customer understand the design requirements of LED, optics, thermal and electronics. `g]  
·  Prepare training materials related to product and application for OSRAM internal and external training needs.   9+@h2"|N4*  
·   Participation in industrial associations, trade groups and fairs to promote product line and for competition analysis. T-] {gc

· Degree in Physics/Optics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering "`% ,l|D  
· Fluent communication (oral/written) skills in English and Mandarin   %B$ftsYXmu  
· Experience in SSL applications 0i*V?  
· Good experience and competence in optical designs (non-imaging optics)with software tools such as Lighttools, TracePro, and preferably with real projects exposure from optical design to end product realization. {+J{t\`  
· Project management experience uBlPwb,V  
· Able to work independently and remotely q94;x|63  
· Flexible on biz travel schedule (international and/or domestic travel) Q4u.v,sE
