· Support customers to design-in OSRAM Opto Semiconductors products which involve selection of product to best meet the end application requirements, provide technical support related to optics, thermal and electronics.   `2j"Z.=  
· Support customers with optical designs (reflectors/lens) for SSL applications.   (m')dSZ  
· Work closely with optic partners on reflector/lens solution to support customers as and when required. }kJ9<h,  
· Project management and planning of customer programs. vCtnjWGX}/  
   Prepare applications guides to help customer understand the design requirements of LED, optics, thermal and electronics. %4/X;w\3  
·  Prepare training materials related to product and application for OSRAM internal and external training needs.   bOr6"nn  
·   Participation in industrial associations, trade groups and fairs to promote product line and for competition analysis. `0=j,54cx

· Degree in Physics/Optics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering Lf;Uv[^c  
· Fluent communication (oral/written) skills in English and Mandarin   TUQe.oAi  
· Experience in SSL applications ~`0=-Qkd  
· Good experience and competence in optical designs (non-imaging optics)with software tools such as Lighttools, TracePro, and preferably with real projects exposure from optical design to end product realization. w3Dqpo8E

· Able to work independently and remotely 7+$P6[*  
· Flexible on biz travel schedule (international and/or domestic travel) Q.fD3g
