请教各位，对于zemax模拟高斯散射，我想控制散射角度为5度，我该如何设置散射公式中的sigma？ ZRYs7 4<

I guess you need to give a try as sigma indicates the projected width of 1/e squared value of the peak irrdiance in direction cosine space...... for a normally incidence it should be around ~ cosine 85. Good luck !

I am curious about your calculation, too. Plus, the definition of σ refers to 1/e^2 width not the FWHM. Even your calculation/defintion is correct. I have a doubt that it will work when the specualr incident ray angle is not normal......... *het_;)+{

版主可以给我也发一份吗？我看她要求的是散射角为5度，可是按照反正弦推回去，您的角度是6.0023°。。。烦请赐教。。
