请教各位，对于zemax模拟高斯散射，我想控制散射角度为5度，我该如何设置散射公式中的sigma？ 4C61GB?Vy

I guess you need to give a try as sigma indicates the projected width of 1/e squared value of the peak irrdiance in direction cosine space...... for a normally incidence it should be around ~ cosine 85. Good luck !

如果散射角θ FWHM=5deg， 则σ = 1.2*sin (θ/2)=0.0523，参数设置见下图。 l2zFKCGF(

I am curious about your calculation, too. Plus, the definition of σ refers to 1/e^2 width not the FWHM. Even your calculation/defintion is correct. I have a doubt that it will work when the specualr incident ray angle is not normal......... F3N?Nk/
