• provide the optical know-how and optical design experience for multi-disciplinary product-related projects Rcm(Y7  
• build up and maintain contacts with a network of optical specialists and specialists in related disciplines, in particular within Philips but also outside Philips S0o,)`ZB  
• advise the management about optical matters/ issues and roadmapping `peJ s~V  
• coaching of less experienced colleagues in the field of optics y^+[eT&  
•Must become member of international network XC8z|A-@

• Experience:preferable 1 years above *R~(:z>>  
• Bachelor or master degree education, preferably in Physics, Optics, or Optical Engineering (nZ=9+j]d  
• capability to design optical (sub)systems for products of Philips Lighting: lenses, collimators, light-engines, reflectors, including color-dependencies therein. ?jM7C}  
• capability to evaluate, judge and/or re-engineer optical systems designed by others, within the relevant field jU9zCMyNF  
• Capability to select right material for optical purpose 2b&

• Capability to judge the manufacturability of optical design and follow up with supplier to make that Wg;TXs/  
• experience with optical simulation tools, in particular in the non-imaging optics area, like ASAP, LightTools, Tracepro or Zemax Non-Sequential, are preferred f"=4,
