Requires strong hands-on laboratory experience with solid state lighting product development including LED chip selection, packaging technology, and system integration for competitive product design and development. Good electro-mechanical technical skill for novel designs and prototyping using internal and external resources is required. Must be highly motivated and self-driven and comfortable in fast pace technology development environment.. 0D$+WX  
Daily support for data collection, analysis, and maintaining data base for the group is expected. Ao?H.=#y  
Design, develop, and improve laboratory equipment and processes to support lighting research. 1Voo($q.

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Engineering, or other physical sciences required. 9Z7o?S";  
Strong electrical/mechanical laboratory skill and computer skill required.   5vg@zH\z  
- 2 to 3 years (or more) experience in a well-equipped solid state lighting or related technical laboratory is desired. $~zqt%}  
- Project requires strong collaboration with internal and external technical partners.  Therefore, the candidates must be strong team players with good writing and communication skills.
