Responsible for imaging and non-imaging optical design in display field, e.g., flat panel display backlighting, projector, etc.; TjE'X2/  
Perform each project and application analysis, including optical system design, vender survey, schedule control and prototype verification; and o1?S*  
Technology benchmark and patent analysis of existing designs. , .E>

Bachelor degree in optical engineering, or Master degree (optical engineering Bachelor degree holder) preferably in related disciplines; 5HaI$>h6  
Familiar with optical system design tools, such as Code V, and Zemax; aH?+^f"D  
Familiar with optical simulation software, such as ASAP, LightTools or TracePro; UDT\X

Experience in non-imagining optical parts design, such as LED second optics design, projector illumination system design, etc.; ph$vP;}  
Experience in design and development of backlights, projector or display optical systems is preferable; i IM\_<?  
Experience or education background on laser beam shaping, mechanism, fabrication process, application or related research/industry is a plus; {e5DQ21.
