[求助]请问variable，marginal ray height 和quick focus哪个好？ [复制链接]

看文献上似乎variable比quick focus好，光斑小 ，而我设计的时候发现用quick focus出来的光斑更小，所以该如何运用variable，marginal ray height 和quick focus阿，到底用哪个好些？谢谢了。

用于优化还是象质评价？

不懂啊，优化不就是为了获得高像质吗？

有两点： f*?]+rz  
1. 什么叫做高像质？是小的spot size，还是高的MTF？这决定了你的评价方式和优化目标 r7%I n^k  
2.  variable，marginal ray height 和quick focus都可用于优化或像质评价，但不同的要求就需要用不同的方式。当你明确了第一点后第二点就好解决了。

Variable => the results then depends on the merit function criterion (eg, it could be RMS Spot Radius) n,y ZRY

Marginal Ray height => when Pupil Zone setting is 0, you are focus on paraxial focal plane; useful when your system is close to paraxial region. If Pupil Zone is not 0 real ray tracing is used, In general, it' risky to use this option as you only use marginal ray to determine where you focal plane is going to be. y@S$^jk.
