In contrast to conventional devices our XUV spectrometer does not 1?#Wg>7'  
require a narrow entrance aperture but rather images the harmonic source {Gr"oO`&"

This configuration typically collects 15 to 25 times more light than 6T A2

Our instruments are based on high quality aberration-corrected ` oXL

The compact design of the spectrometer makes it inherently insensitive j;b<oQH  
against mechanical and environmental disturbances (vibrations, 5Pl~du  
acoustics, etc). No externally moving parts and closed-loop grating ]w=6.LzO*  
actuators with absolute position monitoring add to the robustness and NTtRz(   
allow for monitoring of the grating alignment at all times. 6|D,`dk3U  
In addition, the concept of a spectrometer without entrance slit also !zNMU$p  
makes the instrument less sensitive to misalignment. Under typical /M "E5  
operating conditions a misalignment of the beam in the dispersion jHx<}<  
direction on the entrance of the spectrometer by 500um would lead to a 7+I2" Hy  
signal reduction by more than 20% in an instrument with entrance slit ,\K1cW~U5
