当面型选择为zernike standard phase的时候，

9t8ccr # wyjb:Ql 我用analysis->Aberration coefficients->zernike standard coefficinets 查看zernike系数，发现只有setting查看Image面的时候数据正常，改为别的面的时候会变得很大，不知道查看非像面的时候数据的意义是什么。
