zemax不能看干涉衍射现象吧，只是几何光线追迹啊

- have you used Coherent Data option under Detector setting. ;\]DZV4?)r

Someone above was right about that the non-sequential mode only uses geometric rays but you could see inteference fringes using Coherent Data.
