[讨论]ZEMAX非序列里能设置平面的不规则度吗 [复制链接]

各位大侠，我想模拟干涉仪，弄好光路后，发现平面的不规则度不知在哪里设置，比如λ/10的不规则度能模拟吗，或者有其他的软件能够模拟这个的教下我。。。
