    [求助]zemax可以做微光学分析么（lens小于0.5mm） [复制链接]

    一个简单的单镜头系统，如果镜头尺寸设到mm以上的话，分析没有问题。但是我把整个系统都相应缩小，把镜头缩小到0.2mm左右的时候，layout上面的光线只能看到chief ray，别的光线要把光线数设到很高才能看到一些。是不是zemax在计算微镜头的时候计算误差会比较大？？（我注意到它的unit最小只能设到mm级），有过类似经验的朋友给点建议，谢谢

    hi, I have tried the doublet file in ZEMAX and reduced the EPD and semi-diameter of surfaces to 0.2mm and 0.1mm respectively and I found that the 2D layout display properly. ~ o1x;Y6
