我要设计一个激光扩束镜，要求正向使用（扩束）和反向使用（缩束）时产生的像差相同。请问采用什么样的结构才可以实现？ by3kfY]4s  
  最好是伽利略结构的（无实焦点），实在不行的话也可以用开普勒结构。

用伽得俐略的系统是比较长用的,这样做的系统毕较短

我用两组小气隙双分透镜得到了很好的结果，但是应该如何保证双分透镜之间的气隙的精度呢？zemax里面显示这个气隙的误差必须小于0.01mm，几乎不可能实现。

现在考虑用两个双胶合透镜做，据说激光对这种胶的损伤阈值比较低，不过幸好我这里用的激光也是比较弱的。 XCoOs<O:@

如果你用的是1064的激光，那么采用双胶合并不是一个明智的方案，除非真正能解决胶的问题，你的能量有大？采用双胶合，你考虑过没有它的可靠性？ ?^5x d1>E  
如果ZEMAX对系统的公差分析，精度要求控制在1u，那么你就应该放弃这样的方案。 /T?['#:r-)
