ZEMAX里Wavefront Map或者Interferogram的实际使用

请问各位，ZEMAX里Wavefront Map或者Interferogram是不是可以应用到镜头装配完后的干涉测量中？如果可以，具体怎么操作？望各位同仁不吝赐教，谢谢~
