The Marketing Manager will identify new sales prospects, identify the customer’sneeds, demonstrate how meets those needs (with the pre- and post-sales support staff). wT&P].5n
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the China business development plan and successfully implementing this plan by working closelywith business team in China and US headquarter # OsUF,NU

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical or Optoelectronics; xX\A& 9 m

3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China; DC,]FmWs!+
4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; g*$yUt
5.Requires good written and spoken English ; |K'7BK_^J
6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; s%@HchZ 1
7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; 7DB!s@"
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; AfJ .SNE
9.Understand how to use the Microsoft CRM system or Sales force is a plus; ;s w3MRJ
