The Marketing Manager will identify new sales prospects, identify the customer’sneeds, demonstrate how meets those needs (with the pre- and post-sales support staff). nR~@#P\
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating the China business development plan and successfully implementing this plan by working closelywith business team in China and US headquarter ;ig IZ$&

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical or Optoelectronics; q e#tj/aZ
2. Under 30 years' old; h i( ;;C9
3. Atleast 3 years' experience with software sales or software market development in China; 1CZgb
4. Strong knowledge in Business Development and Marketing Plan; "&u@d~`-n
5.Requires good written and spoken English ; 8TKnL\aar
6. Strong problem solving, trouble shooting and organizational skills; hn@08t G
7. Abilityto interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment; "(O>=F&
8.Understand Baidu Marketing development method is a plus; /,yd+wcW#
