SAT is a CAD file format; the file might have been removed from the folder directory that's why you cannot open it. I m-M2n

The CAD file can be imported with "CAD Part: STEP/IGES/SAT" (in slightly newer version of ZEMAX) or CAD object (in the older ZEMAX versions if I recall correctly.)
