· Support customers to design-in OSRAM Opto Semiconductors products which involve selection of product to best meet the end application requirements, provide technical support related to optics, thermal and electronics. +FI]0r
· Support customers with optical designs (reflectors/lens) for SSL applications. lCXo+|$?s
· Work closely with optic partners on reflector/lens solution to support customers as and when required. lU maNZ
· Project management and planning of customer programs. V! p;ME
Prepare applications guides to help customer understand the design requirements of LED, optics, thermal and electronics. f|!zjX`
· Prepare training materials related to product and application for OSRAM internal and external training needs. #\qES7We 6
· Participation in industrial associations, trade groups and fairs to promote product line and for competition analysis. ,b{4 GU$3

· Degree in Physics/Optics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering e8Jd*AKjb
· Fluent communication (oral/written) skills in English and Mandarin }I"^ WCyH
· Experience in SSL applications "Z

· Good experience and competence in optical designs (non-imaging optics)with software tools such as Lighttools, TracePro, and preferably with real projects exposure from optical design to end product realization. L,$9)`j
