• Optical design and measurement technics uj.~ /W1,!
• provide the optical know-how and optical design experience for multi-disciplinary product-related projects 3t(8uG<rL
• build up and maintain contacts with a network of optical specialists and specialists in related disciplines, in particular within Philips but also outside Philips 7f4R5c
• advise the management about optical matters/ issues and roadmapping /Vpd*obMB
• coaching of less experienced colleagues in the field of optics <`dF~
•Must become member of international network @5gZK[ ?|I

Qualifications: M/U$x /3K
• Experience:preferable 1 years above D3^[OHi~a
• Bachelor or master degree education, preferably in Physics, Optics, or Optical Engineering o3 H+.u$
• capability to design optical (sub)systems for products of Philips Lighting: lenses, collimators, light-engines, reflectors, including color-dependencies therein. ?Y"bt^4j
• capability to evaluate, judge and/or re-engineer optical systems designed by others, within the relevant field &`rV{%N"
• Capability to select right material for optical purpose C9-9cdW

• Capability to judge the manufacturability of optical design and follow up with supplier to make that `R@24 )
• experience with optical simulation tools, in particular in the non-imaging optics area, like ASAP, LightTools, Tracepro or Zemax Non-Sequential, are preferred ! .?SClTqg
