O.< PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: - k0a((? a) Define and enforce LED cost and performance roadmap for Prof Lum APR. {Vu=qN x b) Integrate product teams’ predevelopment requirements into design inputs and take an active role in LED packages selection ;rf {T[i c) Leverage LED package requirements among different projects and facilitate LED package selection with a platform approach i|h{ <X 7[ d) Collaborate with lighting sector-wide LED programs to accelerate innovation in LED platforms. d[h=<?E5 e) Coaching and competence build up l3u [ H2],auBY JOB REQUIREMENTS: \ ERBb. a) PhD/MSc in areas related to optoelectronics (i.e. materials science, electrical engineering etc.) with extensive background knowledge qg j;E=7 b) with experience in LED chip and/or packaging will be a plus (not must).
