Introduction:
For the sixth time the “International Conference on Laser Processes and Components (LPC)” will take place within the framework of the trade fair LASER World of PHOTONICS CHINA 2011 (March, 15th-17th 2011) in the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) and is being organized again by Messe München International in cooperation with Laser Institute of America and Chinese Optical Society-Laser Processing Committee (COS-LPC).

In the previous years the Chinese laser market has developed at a rapid race. The Peoples Republic of China is one of the biggest export target markets for photonics products. The focus of the conference is to promote the cooperation and the technology transfer between science and industry in the field of laser technology.

LASER World of PHOTONICS CHINA

International Conference Laser Processes and Components 2011 will hold accompanying with LASER World of PHOTONICS CHINA  2011. LASER World of PHOTONICS CHINA is the leading regional trade show for optical technologies in China. It takes place in Shanghai every year in March and presents the entire range of photonics in an international setting.

In 2010, 275 exhibitors from 17 countries attended the trade show and attracted 25,243 professional visitors on 11,500 sqm of floor space at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). The product range at LASER World of PHOTONICS CHINA is adapted to the specific needs of the Chinese market.
