• provide the optical know-how and optical design experience for multi-disciplinary product-related projects @`mr|-Rp@
• build up and maintain contacts with a network of optical specialists and specialists in related disciplines, in particular within Philips but also outside Philips V36u%zdX5n
• advise the management about optical matters/ issues and roadmapping HIGTo\]Z

• Experience:preferable 1 years above P(o GNKAS
• Bachelor or master degree education, preferably in Physics, Optics, or Optical Engineering ''^2rF^
• capability to design optical (sub)systems for products of Philips Lighting: lenses, collimators, light-engines, reflectors, including color-dependencies therein. xW K 0p'E0
• capability to evaluate, judge and/or re-engineer optical systems designed by others, within the relevant field "]T1DG"
• Capability to select right material for optical purpose Z-j?N{3&
• Capability to judge the manufacturability of optical design and follow up with supplier to make that bblEZ%
• experience with optical simulation tools, in particular in the non-imaging optics area, like ASAP, LightTools, Tracepro or Zemax Non-Sequential, are preferred ' QSj-
