Liaise with global customers on technical specification and requirements for process development 6sYV7w ,'@
Design mechanical jigs and fixture 8?e
Establish test setup for optical elements and sub-assemblies Az 9X#h.vf
Evaluate and establish process parameters and procedures nU} ~I)@V
Coordinate with other departments for the release of new products into mass production. %<aImR]

Minimum bachelor degree in Optical Engineering/Photonics/Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical & Electronic Engineering EvwbhvA(
5 years of working experience in process design and development for optical sub-assembly products and for optical fine cementing products Hs[}l_gYn
Knowledge in principal, methods and equipments for characterization of optical parameters and properties 968Ac} OA
Strong project management, problem solving, technical and communication skills B ;eW/#`
Creative, analytical and initiative Rr+qg t;f5
Proficient in Autocad, Solid Works and Microsoft Office ,3:QB_
