New project development for Optical cementing process and Opto-mechanical sub-group assembly 'U"3'jh
Liaise with global customers on technical specification and requirements for process development lkZC ?--H
Design mechanical jigs and fixture _c w ^5
Establish test setup for optical elements and sub-assemblies "J5Pwvs-
Evaluate and establish process parameters and procedures `fkri k
Coordinate with other departments for the release of new products into mass production. #P-HV

Requirements: |I}+!DDuv
Minimum bachelor degree in Optical Engineering/Photonics/Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical & Electronic Engineering XC1lo 4|
5 years of working experience in process design and development for optical sub-assembly products and for optical fine cementing products +7/*y}.U
Knowledge in principal, methods and equipments for characterization of optical parameters and properties <PN;D#2bh
Strong project management, problem solving, technical and communication skills Ql@yN@V
Creative, analytical and initiative LQ @|M.$ A
Proficient in Autocad, Solid Works and Microsoft Office &{/>Sv!6#
