Requires strong hands-on laboratory experience with solid state lighting product development including LED chip selection, packaging technology, and system integration for competitive product design and development. Good electro-mechanical technical skill for novel designs and prototyping using internal and external resources is required. Daily support for data collection, analysis, and maintaining data base for the group is expected. !L#>wlX)
Design, develop, and improve laboratory equipment and processes to support lighting research. >_4Ck{^d#

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Engineering, or other physical sciences required. SOI$Mx
Strong electrical/mechanical laboratory skill and computer skill required. >7VO ytc
- 2 to 3 years (or more) experience in a well-equipped solid state lighting or related technical laboratory is desired. 2h6<'2'o1
- Project requires strong collaboration with internal and external technical partners. Therefore, the candidates must be strong team players with good writing and communication skills.
