    U of Arizon, U of Rochest, U of central florida. They offer programs in Optics.  For other schools,  Optics is one branch research field  in either physics department or EE department. Maybe Olkloha state U also offer the optics program. lf\x`3Vd  
    Applying for EE departments is very very hard. I suggest that you should apply for either optics or physics program. q0{_w
